As the first educational demonstration farm in the county, we will work endlessly to bring the vision of SLO City Farm to fruition. This is one of the best-tasting salad dressings when using a high-quality olive oil…and it’s so easy to make in a pinch!
Ingredients:

lemon juice
local, extra virgin olive oil (I like Tiber Canyon Ranch, Olea Farm, and Wind
